Fall 2024 Literary and Art Journal
912 Review - Home of Words welcomes submissions of poetry and visual art that resonate with our mission of showcasing imagery-rich, lyrically powerful, and transformative works. Please carefully review our guidelines before submitting your work.
General Guidelines

Submission Period: Submissions for the Fall 2024 issue open on June 10, 2024, and close on August 30, 2024.

Eligibility: Submissions are open to writers and artists from all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Submission Fee: There is no submission fee.

Simultaneous Submissions are welcomed but cannot have been previously published.
Poetry

Quantity: Submit up to 5 poems.

Format: Each poem should be on a separate page. Please include all poems in a single document.

Length: There is no specific line limit, but shorter works are preferred.

File Type: Submit your work as a Word document (.doc or .docx) or PDF.
Visual Art

Quantity: Submit up to 5 pieces of visual art.

Format: High-resolution JPEG or PNG files.

Details: Include a brief description of each piece, including title, medium, and dimensions.
How to Submit

Email: Send your submissions to 912houseofwords@gmail.com with the subject line "Fall 2024 Submission - [Your Name]".

Cover Letter: Include a brief cover letter in the body of your email. Introduce yourself and provide a short bio (50-100 words).

Attachments: Attach your submission files to the email. Do not paste the content of your submission in the email body. We won't read them.
Response Time

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within one month of submission.

Our editorial team aims to respond to all submissions by September 15, 2024.
Rights

By submitting to 912 Review, you affirm that the work is your own and unpublished.

We acquire first publication rights and the right to archive your work online. All other rights revert to the author or artist upon publication.
